RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If any items in your order are damaged, contact or Customer Service Department at (203) 846-3900
or by email at
sales(at)greatatlantictrophy.com. If the box in which your order arrives is severely damaged,
please refuse shipment and contact us immediately. Please include all information about the broken item(s)
including the item number and description of damage, your order number, name, address and
phone number where you can be reached. Keep all packaging material if delivery was accepted until carrier
inspection has been made.


Our Customer Service representatives will be happy to replace the damaged items or provide a refund.
